Our Rights
All content, features, and functionality of MMA Almanac, including but not limited to:
- AI models and prediction algorithms
- Website design, graphics, and user interface
- Text, images, logos, and trademarks
- Software, code, and databases
are owned by MMA Almanac or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:
- Modification or redistribution of our content
- Commercial use without our written permission
- Removal of copyright or proprietary notices
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- MMA Almanac is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
